Ahmad, an Iranian man, returns to France to finalize his divorce with his wife Marie. Upon arrival, Ahmad learns  Marie is  involved with Samir, the owner of a dry-cleaning business. Lucie, Marie’s troubled daughter from a previous marriage, is opposed to her mother’s latest relationship. She tells Ahmad that Samir is still married and his wife is in a coma after a suicide attempt. Lucie also confesses  she forwarded  intimate emails between her mother and Samir to Samir’s wife, which prompted her to commit suicide. Naïma, Samir’s employee, contends the suicide came after Samir’s wife had a confrontation with an employee. After the divorce is finalized,   Ahmad decides to return to Iran.
