Documentary | English | 105 minutes
In the midst of the Red Scare, several Hollywood elites were fined and jailed for their refusal to cooperate with the House Un-American Activities Committee (HUAC). Hollywood on Trial includes riveting archival footage of the HUAC hearings. Hollywood veteran, John Huston, narrates the story of the actors, directors, and screenwriters who had their careers destroyed because they refused to betray their friends and associates.
