NYPD detectives Liam Casey and Joey Allegretto conduct a raid at the apartment of drug lord Jordan Washington. Using a submachine gun, Washington shoots through the front door seriously injuring Liam. Washington is caught and District Attorney Morganstern appoints Liam’s son Sean, an Assistant DA, to prosecute the case. Washington is represented by slick attorney Sam Vigoda. As Vigoda digs into the investigation, Sean becomes aware the case against Washington involves huge payoffs to the police. Most shocking to Sean is that this corruption might even involve his father.
