Shortly after being released from prison, criminal mastermind Erwin “Doc” Riedenschneider, starts to plan a heist of precious jewelry. To finance the heist, Alonzo Emmerich, a wealthy, conniving lawyer contributes $50,000 With funding in place, Doc hires three key assistants: Louie Ciavelli, a super safecracker, Gus Minissi, the getaway driver, and Dix Handley, a ruthless thug, to manage the break-in. The heist leads to problems bringing out deceit and treachery among the participants.
